To be admitted, the applicant must satisfy:  Two principal passes with at least twenty one (21) points  in the following subjects: Mathematics and Geography or Mathematics and Economics from the following subject combinations:

  • Mathematics, Physics and Geography;
  • Mathematics, Economics and Geography;
  • Mathematics, Computer Science and Economics

The Department may set its own higher entry requirements for the program

The four year BSc (EM) course provides learners with the requisite terminology, current knowledge and analytical skills to participate fully in:

Real Estate Finance:

Mortgage advice and Housing Finance Policy.

Real Estate Valuation/Appraisal:

Expropriation advice to the government and developers, Land and Property Valuation.

 Property Management:

Building Maintenance, Handling Leases, Marketing the Property, Handling move in and outs of a building/house.

Real Estate Agency: Marketing Real Estate and tenants search.

Real Estate  Investment:

Financial and technical advice to developers (the best financial, technical and location option for a new building or real estate)
