New UR Board of Governors appointed

The University of Rwanda warmly welcomes the appointment by the Cabinet of Dr. Pradeep Khosla as the new Chairperson of the UR Board of Governors. He is joined by five distinguished members, including Vice Chairperson Murenzi Ivan, and Board Members Professor Winston Wole Soboyejo, Charles Karakye, Samantha Teta, and Josephine Nyiranzeyimana.

On behalf of the entire UR community and himself, Vice Chancellor Assoc. Prof Kayihura M. Didas extends heartfelt congratulations to the new Board leadership. He pledges the University’s full cooperation and teamwork as they work together to further strengthen UR’s impact through relevant, research-driven and evidence-based knowledge.

The University also conveys its deep appreciation to the outgoing Board, led by Professor Paul Davenport and Vice Chairperson Dr. Diane Karusisi whose leadership has been instrumental since UR’s establishment in 2013. The mission to build an ever more impactful University of Rwanda continues with renewed commitment.
