On Friday 19 July 2019, Ms. Florence KANEZA transferred her position as University Registrar to her successor, Dr Odette UWIZEYE. The academic ceremony held at the Headquarter of University f Rwanda in Gikondo Campus and included a speech by Professor Nelson IJUMBA, the Deputy Vice Chancellor in charge of Academics and Research Affairs.
Ms. Florence KANEZA has been the University Registrar for six years now. Dr Odette UWIZEYE has been serving University of Rwanda as the Registrar for the College of Education.
