For the third consecutive time, University of Rwanda convened its partners for a mega event known as the Stakeholders’ Interface, bringing together representatives from civil society, education partners, the private sector, government institutions, and the wider university community.

Participants’ interventions discussing a range of topics
Held under the theme “Educating for Impact,” the event served as a strategic engagement platform where stakeholders shared perspectives on the University’s work while offering constructive feedback, concerns, and recommendations to inform leadership decision-making and institutional direction.
In his opening remarks, Vice Chancellor Prof. Didas Kayihura emphasized that the Stakeholders’ Interface reflects UR’s bold vision of intentional and inclusive stakeholder engagement. He noted that strong and sustained partnerships are critical in positioning university education as a catalyst for societal transformation ; one that serves, inspires, and transforms lives.
