Educational Background: 
Prof. Bideri has over 20 years of teaching experience at tertiary level, with a track record in course/ module development, assessment, research, students’ supervision, student mentorship and consultancy, complemented by experienced academic and industry leadership at both senior and middle levels. He has held senior leadership position such as Vice Rector for Academic Affairs (i.e Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs), middle level management positions such as University Director of Research and Innovation, College Director of Research and Postgraduate Studies, academic Head of Department. Leadership in industry include Senior Banking Operations Officer, Cooperative Officer and Marketing Officer in public media company.
Research Interests and area of expertise : 
consumer behavior ; shopping behavior ; advertising ; market and marketing research ; entrepreneurship, services marketing.
