Educational Background: 
Idrissa NDIZEYE is a full-time Lecturer at the University of Rwanda with over 19 years of teaching experience. In addition to teaching, he has assumed various administrative responsibilities in academic field such as being the secretary of Department, Head of department, Acting Program Coordinator, and Acting Advisor to the Principal. Since November 2021, he is on study leave for in-house PhD studies in management program run at the University of Rwanda (UR), in collaboration with Jönköping International Business School (JIBS)and Umeå School of Business, Economics, and Statistics in Sweden. His research focuses on Accounting, Corporate governance, and Entrepreneurship.
