Educational Background:
Vianney Barigye holds a Master of Science in Public Procurement Management and Sustainable development from University of Turin, Italy and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Maastricht School of Management (MsM)-Netherlands. He also holds a Bachelor of law obtained from National University of Rwanda and has attended various trainings, workshops and conferences on Procurement and Supply Chain Management. He is a permanent Lecturer at the University of Rwanda, College of Business and Economics (CBE) since 2014. From 2023 he is on the National task Force developing Sustainable Public Procurement (SPP) policies and guidlines.
