Educational Background: 
Karuhanga Nathan is an Assistant Lecturer with a rich academic background in business management, holding an MBA in Management from Nkumba University since 2013. He has taught Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Business Management, and Strategic Management, blending theoretical insights with practical applications to enhance student learning. Currently, Nathan is a PhD student in General Management at the University of Rwanda, focusing on Internal Marketing within Higher Learning Institutions.
