NYAKUSINGA Fausta

"NYAKUSINGA Fausta is a Lecturer, Researcher and Consultant. She does research and consultancy in Law and Human Resource management related fields. She also has expertise in Entrepreneurship and cooperative management. Fausta is a PhD student at the University of Rwanda –College of Business and Economics, she has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Makerere University Kampala. She also has a bachelor’s degree in Law from the National University of Rwanda (current University of Rwanda). She worked at Kigali Institute of Education as a Director of Administration and Human Resources and the rest of her work has been research and consultancy while working with the University as a Lecturer. The notable achievements include some publications made among other things. Publications include ; those in East African Journal of Science and Technology ; EAJST Volume 4, Issue 1, EAJST Volume 1 Issue 2, EAJST Volume 1, Issue 1. Apart from the teaching career, Fausta is a Counsel under Rwanda Bar Association since 2013. She gives legal advice to those in need and has plans to build it as times goes on. The upcoming projects include among others ; the concentration on PhD studies and making as many publications as time and resources can permit.
