Emmanuel SIBOMANA

Emmanuel SIBOMANA is Assistant Lecturer and Head of Banking and Insurance Department and Certified Project Management Professional Trainer ( PMP) at University of Rwanda - College of Business and Economics. He is a Holder of Master of Business Administration of Project Management, Postgraduate Certificate of Learning and Teaching in Higher Education and Bachelor of Business Admininstration of Insurance all obtained from University of Rwanda, He holds Project Management Professional ( PMP) Certificate obtained from Project Management Institute ( PMI) - USA, over 8 years of teaching at University of Rwanda, he has been involved in teaching activities, he is leading Banking and Insurance Department since October 2020& Coordinator of CII- Nigeria and he has trained many people from various industries in Project Management Professional. He is interested in conducting resarch in project management especially Healthcare related project and Insurance and Banking
