Educational Background:
MS. Florence MUKAMANZI holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering and Information Technology from former KIST Rwanda (Rwanda, 2010), master’s degrees in Information Technology from University of Madras (India, 2014). She is currently a PhD candidate in Wireless and Intelligent Sensor network at College of Science and Technology, the Africa Center of Excellence in Internet of Things (ACEIoT).
