Dr. Jules Ngango is an agricultural economist and he is a lecturer and Coordinator of Postgraduate Programs, School of Economics, College of Business and Economics, at the University of Rwanda (UR). He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Agricultural Economics. His research areas are Agricultural Economics, Resource and Environmental Economics, Participatory Research Methods and Policy Analysis. Jules has experience in conducting both field-based and desk-based research, acquired through formal training and working with both local and international non-government research organizations. Jules also serves as a reviewer of research proposals and papers for various international conferences and journals. He has supervised various Bsc., Msc., and Ph.D. students at the University of Rwanda. Jules has published different articles in peer-reviewed journals.
