On Monday, February 18, 2019, Professor Philip Cotton received in his office a delegation from University of Kaiseslautern led by Prof. Dr. Stefan Löhrke, Vice President of Student and Academic Affairs, and Dr Hans-Jochen Foth in charge of academics.

The main goal of the visit is to establish cooperation and connections between the University of Rwanda and Technische Universität Kaiserslautern.
