The student must start the registration only if he/she has paid the required fees at the UR/College Bank Account available in the Bank of Kigali, including registration fees
For all payments, students must use their UR generated student numbers as they appear on the acceptance letters (error on bank slip should be reported to College Director of Finance)
During the payment of fees, the student must use Urubuto System in Bank of Kigali.
Payment can also be done using MTN Mobile money via *775#
