ONLINE REGISTRATION GUIDELINES 2024

• The student must check his/her academic status in the UR online registration system by clicking on “academic admission status” 
• The student must start the registration only if he/she has paid the required fees at the UR/College Bank Account available in the Bank of Kigali, including registration fees
• For all payments, students must use their UR generated student numbers as they appear on the acceptance letters (error on bank slip should be reported to College Director of Finance)
• During the payment of fees, the student must use Urubuto System in Bank of Kigali.
• Payment can also be done using MTN Mobile money via *775#
• Online Registration requires a strong Internet connectivity 
• The online registration will close on 26^th August 2024
