Dr. Raymond Ndikumana currently holds the position of Deputy Vice Chancellor for Strategic Planning & Administration at the University of Rwanda. Previously, he served as the Lead Principal Investigator and Overall Program Director for the Mastercard Foundation Scholar’s Program at the University of Rwanda.

Additionally, he was the Overall Program Coordinator for the UR-Sweden Program, a bilateral research cooperation between Rwanda and Sweden funded by Sida. This program, which is a long-term multimillion-dollar initiative, supports the University of Rwanda in building its research capacity, providing graduate education, and strengthening its overall institutional capacity. Dr. Ndikumana earned his PhD in Accounting and Business/Management from Örebro University in Sweden and is also a Stanford Certified Project Manager (SCPM) from Stanford University.
